The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft sheets and a great mattress. The location was perfect, with several subway stations nearby and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The area was charming with lots of green spaces and parks, creating a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The decoration throughout the hotel was modern and lovely, and I particularly enjoyed the terrace where breakfast was served.
The bathroom situation needs improvement. There was not enough bathrooms for the number of guests, resulting in long wait times.

I recently stayed at Metro Hostal Boutique during my visit to Roma. The private room was comfortable and great value for the price. The hostel's roof terrace with a café/bar was a perfect spot to relax. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering daily activities, laundry service, and snacks. The location is safe and quiet, within walking distance of restaurants and Lucha Libre. The kitchen had great facilities and there were even PCs available for use.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

What a fabulous stay at Metro Hostal Boutique! We were thrilled when they upgraded us to a single room upon arrival. The location was just magnificent, surrounded by countless bars, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. We felt incredibly safe exploring the vibrant neighborhood at night. Despite the lack of AC, the rooms always felt cool and comfortable with the windows open. And the staff were a delight, incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast may have been minimal, but it was still adequate. We made sure to get to it early as it tended to go quickly. we had an amazing experience and would definitely return to Metro Hostal Boutique in the future.

Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. The location was fantastic, close to subway stations, bars, and restaurants. The decor was charming and modern. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options.
The bathroom situation was not ideal, with not enough bathrooms for the number of guests and some bathrooms being dirty and smelly. There was also a lack of socializing opportunities due to the rooftop bar being closed for a wedding.

The location was perfect for our city trip, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during the earthquake alarm. The common areas were clean and well-maintained, and we even got offered tamales during our stay.
. The WiFi didn't work in our room, and the shared bathrooms were often occupied when we needed to use them.
